Qured Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated telecommunications carrier formed in 2014 by John Bailey and Jason Walandouw. We are specialists in carrier class network hosted IVR platforms, SIP trunks, session border controllers, carrier billing systems and we offer a large range of tier 1 carrier products and services. Our developers have over 22 years experience in the servicing and maintenance of some of Australia's and New Zealand's largest telecommunication carriers. To date we have successfully designed and built our own Network Hosted IVR Platform, with inbuilt queuing and full statistical analysis to service the needs of any sized business in all market segments. Since then we have continued to be a leader in the telecommunications industry, providing our Australian designed and worlds first all in one platform for carriers and resellers alike.
You may be asking, "Why Qured? What does it mean?" The story begins with our directors searching for our company name, as we develop queuing solutions for the telecommunications market. We saw that there was a lot of systems out there but nobody had an all in one solution, so we wanted to cure this industry problem. It was at a family BBQ when John's 11 year old daughter came up with the name "Qured". We all loved the name, as it was a spin off on our queuing service and what we were trying to achieve for the industry. In curing the problem, we saw with the current offerings of other vendors that there was not a single system out there that was able to do everything. Today we continue to strive to be a world class service provider, by providing your business with the most innovative telephony solutions the industry has ever seen.

We also have a close working relationship with our hardware partner Epygi Technologies, who are internationally located in Winter Park Florida USA and also in Yerevan Armenia, where their hardware R&D and software development occurs. They themselves are a worldwide provider of award-winning IP PBXs and gateways, together we fostered the idea that every company, regardless of their size, should have the opportunity to use or own the latest in feature-rich and economically-priced VoIP technology, a vision to which we both share today.
