Voice Related F.A.Q.

How do I divert my telephone phone number.
Simply dial 6161# this gives you our IVR.

Option 1 will toggle the diversion on /off if an already configured number is in our network.

Choose option 2 if you have never set it up before.

After dialing 2 enter *61*the full national number*the delay#

e.g 6161# IVR. 2 IVR says enter the number dial *61*0240441100*5#.

This will divert to that number after 5 seconds. If you enter 0 it will divert immediately.
